No. Computing Legacy is non-custodial. Assets stay in your wallet (or your Safe). The contracts only execute the rules you set when the condition you chose is met.

What is a transfer legacy?

A transfer legacy names beneficiaries and an inactivity period. If you do not check in for that period, those beneficiaries can claim the ETH and ERC-20 tokens you selected. Nothing moves while you stay active.

What does Premium include?

Accepted Answer

Premium is optional. It adds email reminders before a legacy activates, activity-based auto-renew, watchlists, and premium support. Core transfer legacies and timelocks work without it. Plans are $199 per year or $499 once for lifetime, paid on-chain in ETH, USDC, or USDT.

How do I check in on an EOA legacy?

Accepted Answer

Use the Check in button on your dashboard. Ordinary wallet activity — sending, swapping, or using other apps — does not reset an EOA legacy timer. Safe-based legacies reset when the Safe itself sends a transaction.
